Having obtained a B.A. in psychology from Michigan State University and a master's in professional counseling at Liberty University, Magaen is currently a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the States of Georgia and Michigan. Lawrence is the Founder, Owner and Lead Therapist of Selah Wellness & Therapeutic Services, LLC, a virtual specialty practice in the states of Maryland and Florida serving clients in Maryland, District of Washington, Virginia, Nevada and Florida.  She is also the CEO of SJL Professional Services, Inc. which focuses on corporate, professional and individualized coaching, speaking and training related to ethical competence, mental health, wellness, communication, conflict resolution, DEI and leadership/staff development.  Mrs. Lawrence, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, is  a Therapist for Therapists, Professionals and Couples. Her passion is to improve the lives of clinicians and professionals who manage the day to day responsibility of caring for others.
